Co-founders Felicia Cristofaro and Andrew Gaasenbeek started Compass Land USA to help you find land you love - at prices that make sense and financing terms you can actually afford. After investing in real estate personally, we saw a gap: there was great vacant land available across the country, but the path to buying it, especially with financing, was confusing, expensive, and often closed off to people without perfect credit. We built Compass Land USA to change that.
We source off-market parcels, do the research, and bring them to market with extensive information: access, utilities, zoning, flood risk, GPS coordinates - everything you'd want to know before you buy. We're open about the good and the challenges, because we want you to feel fully confident before you move forward.
Financing through us is straightforward. We set the terms ourselves, so there's no bank involved and no credit check required. Our goal is to make owning land realistic for you - not just possible in theory.
